Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OkOvia is an observability platform for AI costs and margins, operated by Intelectouch (“OkOvia”, “we”). Contact: hello@okovia.com.

2. The service and its beta status

OkOvia lets you send usage metadata from your applications (through our SDKs, tag, and connectors) and see cost, margin, and reliability per feature in a console. The service is currently offered as a free public beta: features may change or be discontinued, quotas and rate limits may be adjusted, and no service-level agreement is offered during the beta.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and you are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or circumvent rate limits.
• Do not send content to the telemetry APIs that you do not have the right to send. In particular, the SDKs are designed to carry usage metadata only — do not use custom fields to transmit end-user personal data, prompts, or generated content.

5. Your data

You own the telemetry you send. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it solely to provide the service (cost calculation, dashboards, recommendations). How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or modify the service, especially during the beta, and will use reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and reflecting that the beta is free of charge, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we delete workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or in the console; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
